Found these the other day (apologies I don't know who by) - easy, simple, elegant homemade Dip-Bars for your squat rack.
One variation would be to slightly rotate the RSAs so that the bars form a V, rather than being parallel, when placed on the safety bars. (a la Vince Gironda's variations see below)
